Level Goal
The password for the next level is stored in the file data.txt, where all lowercase (a-z) and uppercase (A-Z) letters have been rotated by 13 positions
At first glance, this string just looks a bunch of random text.
But really, as stated in the goal, the letters were just rotated 13 characters.
This cipher is known as rot13.
Now to solve it.
Yes, you can just google rot13 and find a solver online, but the point of this CTF is to improve our Linux skills, so lets make our own.
What we will use:
cat
tr – this will let us change the letters rather easily

In this tr command, we are taking letters [a-z] and [A-Z] and replacing them with [n-m] and [N-M] respectively.
We need to write out [n-za-m] just so tr knows what to do with these letters.
